High Season (July):
– Price per night: 1.625€

Shoulder Season (June & September):
– Price per night: 1.250€
–Weekly Price: 8.750€

Early & Late Season (May):
– Price per night: 1.000€
–Weekly Price: 7.000€

Off-Season (October):
– Price per night: 875€
–Weekly Price: 6.125€

Damage Deposit

To confirm your reservation at the villa, a damage deposit of €500 is required. This deposit serves as a precaution due to the presence of a particularly fragile piece of furniture within the villa.

Upon your departure, the property will be thoroughly inspected, and if no damages have occurred, the full deposit will be refunded to you. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we are committed to providing you with an exceptional experience.

  • Check in after 15:00

  • Check out before 10:00

For your convenience, reservations are preferred from Saturday check-in to Saturday check-out. A minimum stay of one week is required

Cleaning Service

daily cleaning service is included as part of your stay and will last for one hour each day, ensuring the villa remains in pristine condition throughout your visit.

Laundry service is also available upon request and is charged separately.
